5 Tips When Pregnant Women Have to Rest Total at Home
Not all pregnant women can move like other women outside the room. They are forced to bedrest in bed because they are pregnant in the first trimester.

Too long in bed can trigger antepartum depression, which is associated with complications of pregnancy and premature birth. To avoid this, you can call relatives or anyone who can accompany at home.
4. Find out what makes you happy
Look for what makes you happy. Whether it is spending time with your husband, ordering baby equipment online or making certain foods. Do all the things that make you happy for your health and your baby during pregnancy.
5. Ask for support
If you find it difficult and cannot survive, talk to your doctor about fears and concerns. In addition, keep in touch with friends and family. Ask for their support so they can maintain your mood or manage anxiety. This will affect the fetus too.
